I’m convinced that there can be no revival until the sovereign Holy Spirit moves, my beloved. He comes, if you please, from the throne of the Father. And as the Son came to do the Father’s will, the Holy Spirit has come to do the will of the Son. He’ll take the things of Christ and He’ll show them unto us. And He’s come to illuminate the Word of God, therefore. He’s come to interpret it. He’s come to teach us, and He is the Teacher. He’ll never lead in a way that is contrary to the Word of God. The Holy Spirit and the Word will agree. There will be harmony.
