For by one offering he hath perfected forever them that are sanctified.” In other words, what He did on the cross makes the believer perfect in God’s presence. You and I are never perfect because of who we are or what we do. In God’s presence, we are made complete and perfect when we are in Christ, and God sees us in Christ. And that was the redemption that He wrought for us on the cross.
