How to Know If You’re Faking It
It’s a good rule of thumb: If something walks like a duck, quacks like a duck, and looks like a duck, it’s a safe bet to say… it’s a duck! On this edition of Focal Point, Mike Fabarez says it works the same way with us. As we walk, talk, and act like Christ, it’s a sure sign that we’re really Christians! The biblical term for this godly progression of faith is sanctification.Every believer occasionally struggles with doubt over their salvation. This is born out of guilt and discouragement of their sin they believe is too big or egregious for God to forgive.
This can lead Christians to underestimate or disbelieve the complete sacrifice for sin accomplished on the cross. Want to understand God's complete forgiveness and wiping away of sin?
